MERGING GROUNDS, PERFORMANCE FESTIVAL 2011 will offer its audience a vibrant program of activities taking place throughout the building, consisting of daily live performances, large installations, some of which are moved into and inhabited by artists, exhibitions that address documentation of performance as media, live reinterpretations of key figures from within the history of performance art, a concert and a debate. The audience will also have ample opportunity to delve into the performative and the spectacular, engage in debate, as well as experience performance from a historical perspective and not least participate in the production of the festival's performance works
