Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art can, on special occasions, be rented for commercial events.
We offer different types of receptions:
EVENING RECEPTIONS / after 5 pm.
1. DELUX RECEPTION
DELUX is an exclusive reception where we offer light a light organic meal and drinks. There will be three staff members serving during the event. The staff will be circulating among the guests with food and drinks. It is a standing reception.
DRINKS: organic wine, special beer and mineral water.
FOOD: delicious finger food
2. THE HAPPY RECEPTION
The happy reception includes a a buffet with food and wine. Guests are invited to serve themselves and two staff members will be in charge of food and drinks throughout the event.
DRINKS: wine and mineral water.
FOOD: canapés and light meals.
3. THE TRADITIONAL RECEPTION
The traditional reception is an informal reception including drinks and snacks that guests can help themselves to. One staff member will be in charge of refilling drinks.
DRINKS: wine, beer and water.
SNACKS: nuts, crisps and more.
DAYTIME RECEPTIONS / before 5 pm.
1. COFFEE RECEPTION
At the coffee reception we serve organic coffee and tea as well as water, croissants and muffins. Food and drinks will be arranged on a table for guests to serve themselves. Two staff members will be in charge of drinks and food during the event.
All these receptions last approximately 3 hours and house up to fifty guests.
