The lesson plan: Be updated on The Contemporary Art! is a permanent teaching offer seeking to answer the above questions. The teaching will take place as guided tours based on dialogue, and exercises in groups, which give the students important and fundamental tools for experiencing the art and its many faces. BEHIND THE EXHIBITION - HOW IS AN EXHIBITION CREATED? AUDIENCE: The older classes in secondary school, high secondary school and adult education PRICE: 550 kr COURSE: How is an exhibition created? Who choses which works of art are going to be exhibited? What does it mean to curate? Do works of art affect each other? Behind the Exhibition is a permanent education offer, provided across the exhibition programmes. In collaboration with a communication employee from Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art, groups of students are going to construct an exhibition proposal. The students work practically by using works which are scaled down in size, among other things from the viewpoint of how works of art can be interpreted in terms of the way they are exhibited. As an example, the students can choose to work thematically or with one particular artist. The process ends with a presentation in which the students present their works for each other.
